Registration for a sailing session closes at 1930 on the Thursday before.

Please don’t turn up unannounced and expect to sail, you will be disappointed.

Please ensure that you bring:
- a spare set of clothing to change into should you get wet
- a wind proof / waterproof top
- a separate jumper or sweatshirt to leave on the safety boat
- some food and drink to keep energy levels up and prevent dehydration – sun cream in sunny weather
- closed toe footwear only
